Welcome to Albany High’s Parent Teacher Student Association!
- We fund student clubs: every fall, student clubs apply to us for grants up to $500. We award about $5,000 each year.
- We support senior class events: we provide funds for seniors to buy class t-shirts, we pay for snacks for events like senior sunrise and senior sunset, and work with senior leadership to identify other ways to support them
- We coordinate the decorations and volunteers for graduation
- We hold monthly staff appreciation events, asking for donated food & funds to provide our AHS staff with terrific lunches and other celebrations
- We offer family education, such as information about substance abuse, cell phone use, college preparation, and student counseling.
- We host a “prom closet” for students to get free clothes for homecoming & prom: we have a full closet of jewelry, clothing, and shoes. Have donations? Email us!
